acordamos algo y terminaron entregándonos a nuestro difunto en pesimas condiciones, solicitamos trasladar a mi abuela de Veracruz a poza rica, arreglada para poder llevarla directo a su velorio y la gente nos la entrego sin arreglar
Además la trasladaron en una camilla improvisada en la parte de atras de una voyager vieja y habíamos pedido un ataud.

We agreed on something and they ended up giving us our deceased in terrible conditions, we requested to transfer my grandmother from Veracruz to Poza Rica, arranged to be able to take her directly to her wake and the people gave her to us without fixing
They also carried her on a makeshift stretcher in the back of an old voyager and we had asked for a coffin.
