Be careful with this place. The employees are dishonest. The one who received the car offered to wash it for me and adjust the rear bumper of the car, which was a little loose. I asked him how much he charged me, and he told me 80 pesos. When leaving, I gave him 100 pesos (thinking that he would keep a 20 tip), and he wanted to charge me 500 pesos (apart from the 80) for, according to him, adjusting the fender. He told me that the 80 pesos were just for washing the car. He didn't want to give me the car key. I had to go to the checkout and complain (they didn't do anything)… I had to start talking loudly in front of the other customers present so that they knew what had happened to me and they didn't fall for the same thing. Finally, the individual who supposedly had washed my car, removed a clip from the bumper of the car that he had put on the inside under pressure and gave me the key.
The roof of the car ended up scratched, because apparently they did not wash it with water, but only removed a little dust with a cloth, and since the dust is abrasive, they scratched it. Upon returning, I realized that the upper edge of the rear right door had a dent, which I suppose is a blow that he gave it in revenge for not having obtained the 500 pesos.
The cashier also almost kept 100 pesos. You
He had given me a two-hundred-peso bill and he only gave me change for a hundred… I had to stay and ask for it. Be very careful with this place! It is better to be late looking for another parking lot than to have a hard time and risk having your car damaged. Greetings to all who read this.
