★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lindo lugar es pequeña la residencial y eso hace que el lugar sea agradable, ya que es silencioso relajado, lo único que note es que al parecer la piscina compartida de la residencial no tiene calefacción y el agua estaba demasiado fría como si te metieras a un río.
Eso sí lleva coche por qué el Oxxo má cercano está como a kilometro y medio y el Chedraui más cercano está a 2 kilómetros y medio así que caminando no es muy viable, en coche si está muy bien conectado.
Very nice place, the residential is small and that makes the place pleasant, since it is quiet relaxed, the only thing I noticed is that apparently the shared swimming pool of the residential has no heating and the water was too cold as if you were getting into a a river.
That does take a car because the nearest Oxxo is about a kilometer and a half and the closest Chedraui is 2 and a half kilometers so walking is not very viable, by car if it is very well connected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the pleasure of finding a gem of a condo in this complex for a several month rental and really enjoyed our experience. This gated community is on the edge of town, so it is wonderfully quiet with the sounds of birds and insects filling the air to feel like one is in a rejuvenating and tranquil environment. The guards were nice and effective throughout our stay, security is top-notch, and the grounds are maintained really well. The neighborhood around provides for lots of safe and pleasant walking opportunities and it is easy to get a taxi or walk a short distance to catch the local combi. One of the other best parts is that unlike other such gated communities, this one is really small so that also helps to create a better and more tranquil atmosphere and cozy surroundings. Plus, the colorful buildings create a really pretty and storybook-like community to live in. The other residents were all quiet and pleasant, and hopefully it stays that way to ensure everyone's serenity and comfort. All in all, we loved our stay here and would gladly be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful, well maintained, green and very secure gated community. Smaller than most, so quieter, yet still with good sized pool and other facilities. One of the few areas in town with high speed fibre optic internet. Residents a mix of families, professionals and foreigners. The town bus service stops at the gates, and some smaller shops and eateries nearby. All in all, highly recommend.
