Good service, only today they took longer than they should, I think it was because of the internet. Highly recommended only that flaw that delayed my day

It's the third time I've been there and I don't know if it's my bad luck or they're always inefficient. -I arrived at 9:11 because my appointment was at 9:20, according to the sheet that they give you at the end, they passed my vehicle at 9:56 and that in front of me there were only 4 cars. -When they passed the car in front of mine the system got stuck... from what I've read in the comments this happens frequently. 15 minutes later, they checked the same car again. Obviously they don't think of explaining anything to the client who is waiting, if I don't ask I won't find out. -While that was happening, instead of passing my vehicle through the other lane, they let another pass who, of course, was behind me. When I made the comment that they pass me first because I was ahead in line, they gave me a rather vague excuse about the system (yes, that same one that falls). Conclusion: with everything and appointment, I left at 10:12, their system fails and they don't explain anything. The only friendly person there is the lady who collects and gives you your documents.
