★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asistí en viernes por la tarde porque no había espacio para citas, llegué y máximo me traje 25 min en todo el proceso, desde que te reciben hasta que te entregan el auto. No había mucha gente y el personal dentro de lo que cabe es atento. Aceptan pago con tarjeta.
 I attended on a Friday afternoon because there was no room for appointments, I arrived and I took a maximum of 25 minutes in the entire process, from when they receive you until they deliver the car. There weren't many people and the staff inside is attentive. They accept card payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es rápido el método de recepcion, si hay fila sales en poco más de una hora!! Lo único qir no me gusta es como tratan los vehículos el personal, obvio no son de ellos!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inexplicable: entré a las 8:10 AM y salí a las 9:15. Parece ser (los usuarios no recibimos ninguna información) que la línea que me asignaron tenía algún tipo de problema. Solución? Cambiar los vehículos de línea perdiendo el turno, por supuesto. Como remate, la persona responsable de imprimir los certificados y pegar los engomados se tomó su tiempo. No fue sino hasta que pregunté el por qué de la demora, que la persona se aplicó. Una hora en un proceso que no debería tardar sino alrededor de 30 minutos! Cuándo será el día que el servicio sea ágil y atento?
Unexplained: I entered at 8:10 AM and left at 9:15. It seems (users do not receive any information) that the line assigned to me had some kind of problem. Solution? Change line vehicles losing the turn, of course. To top it off, the person responsible for printing the certificates and affixing the stickers took their time. It was not until I asked the reason for the delay that the person applied. An hour in a process that should take no more than 30 minutes! When will be the day that the service is agile and attentive?

La persona que se sube a manejar los autos se sube de uno a otro sin las medidas necesarias, ya no te ofrecen gel antibacterial y de milagro usan cubrebocas. Cuándo pregunté por qué ya no ofrecen gel la señorita muy grosera me dirigió al buzon de quejas y sugerencias.
El costo ha subido respecto al semestre anterior, desconozco la razón.
El tiempo de espera en días iniciales a los periodos es de mas de 90 mins aproximadamente debido a que tienen operativas sólo 3 líneas y se va el sistema constantemente
COVID hygiene protocols are in the past.
The person who gets in to drive the cars gets from one to another without the necessary measures, they no longer offer you antibacterial gel and miraculously they use face masks. When I asked why they no longer offer gel, the very rude lady directed me to the complaints and suggestions box.
The cost has risen compared to the previous semester, I do not know the reason.
The waiting time in the initial days to the periods is more than 90 minutes approximately because they have only 3 lines operational and the system goes out constantly
