★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Las 2 Señoras gordas que trabajan ahí son sumamente groseras y sucias. Hice mi cita y me hicieron esperar muchísimo, NO TOMAN MEDIDAS DE LIMPIEZA NI PROTOCOLOS ANTE EL COVID, NI ELLAS USAN CUBREBOCAS.
Al momento que le dije a la Sra. Que porfavor usará cubre bocas dentro de mi vehículo me ignoro y solo dejo la puerta abierta y se metió a chismosear con la cajera.
De verdad no recomiendo para nada este centro de verificación, pésima experiencia.
Espero regresen al personal que tenían anteriormente, porque antes estaba un chico y un Señor super amables.
Terrible service. The 2 fat ladies that work there are extremely rude and dirty. I made my appointment and they made me wait a long time, THEY DO NOT TAKE CLEANING MEASURES OR PROTOCOLS AGAINST COVID, NOR DO THEY USE MOUTH COVERS.
The moment I told Mrs. that she would please use a mouth guard inside my vehicle, she ignored me and just left the door open and started gossiping with the cashier.
I really do not recommend this verification center at all, lousy experience.
I hope they return to the staff they had previously, because before there was a super nice boy and Lord.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegue al verificentro a mi cita de las 8:30 am pero encontré cerrado y solo porque busque el motivo del cierre llegaron los encargados y me indicaron que regresara a la entrada para que recibir mi auto, todo los demas camino muy bien hasta que me entregaron mi auto verificado
I arrived at the verification center for my appointment at 8:30 a.m. but I found it closed and just because I looked for the reason for the closure, the managers arrived and told me to return to the entrance to receive my car, everything else went very well until they handed me over my self verified

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Además de pésima calidad de personas. El día de hoy vine a verificar mi carro. Mi cita era en el verificentro 6 a las 14:50 (también ya le puse su mala reseña) llegué a las 14:20 al verificentro 6 y me dijeron que ya no tenían hologramas 0 por lo que tendría que acudir al Verificentro 52. Llegue a este verificentro a las 14:30 y no me quisieron atender. Me dijeron que como su última cita de las 14:50 ya había acudido su sistema ya se había cerrado y que no podían ayudarme. Les rogué, les imploré que me ayudaran ya que yo ya no residía en Querétaro y no podía regresar entre semana. (ya voy a cambiar mis placas pero hasta que termine de pagar el carro) Me mandaron por un tubo. Estuve 20 minutos rogándoles que me verificarán porque el viaje a Qro me sale en más de 3000 pesos entre casetas y gasolinas y no podía quedarme hasta el lunes porque tengo que ir a la oficina. Les valió. Ahorita llegué al verificentro 9 y me explicaron que el sistema se cierra hasta las 3, no cuando su última cita pasa. Simplemente no me quisieron ayudar. Ya no pude verificar. Ya no se que voy a a hacer porque esta era mi ultkma verificación aquí (ya voy a cambiar las placas) no puedo regresar en los próximos 2 meses y no puedo quedarme sin circular.... y a ellos les valió. Hable a la sedesu y me dijeron que efectivamente el sistema se cierra a las 3 no conforme a las citas. Estoy llorando del coraje... no me pudieron ayudar aunque les explique toda mi situación. No tengo donde quedarme, no tengo dinero para un hotel para quedarme hasta el lunes, no puedo pagar otros 3000 pesos para regresar a verificar el carro y aparte pagar la multa... ya me chigue literalmente. Todo porque los trabajadores de este lugar no quisieron quedarse 10 minutos más a trabajar. Yo sí tenía mi cita... yo sí hice las cosas bien
... no entiendo porque no me quisieron ayudar...

I begged them, I implored them to help me since I no longer lived in Querétaro and could not return during the week. (I'm going to change my license plates but until I finish paying for the car) They sent me for a tube. I spent 20 minutes begging them to verify me because the trip to Qro cost me more than 3,000 pesos between booths and gasoline and I couldn't stay until Monday because I have to go to the office. It was worth it. Right now I arrived at checkpoint 9 and they explained to me that the system closes until 3, not when your last appointment happens. They just didn't want to help me. I couldn't verify anymore. I don't know what I'm going to do anymore because this was my last verification here (I'm going to change the plates now) I can't come back in the next 2 months and I can't stay without driving.... and it was worth it for them. I spoke to the sedesu and they told me that the system actually closes at 3 o'clock, not according to appointments. I'm crying with anger... they couldn't help me even though I explained my whole situation to them. I don't have a place to stay, I don't have money for a hotel to stay until Monday, I can't pay another 3000 pesos to go back to check the car and also pay the fine... I literally screwed up. All because the workers of this place did not want to stay 10 more minutes to work. I did have my date... I did do things right
... I don't understand why they didn't want to help me...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, lleven su auto a otra parte. Mi vehículo a pesar de ser modelo 2021 no pasó la verificación y me alegaron que era una fuga en el escape (similar a otras quejas que hay de éste lugar) me dijeron que tenía que pagar el rechazo y volver a verificar.
Al día siguiente lo lleve a otro verificentro (sin hacerle absolutamente nada) y pasó sin ningún problema.
No regresaré jamás a este lugar .
Terrible service, take your car elsewhere. My vehicle, despite being a 2021 model, did not pass the verification and they alleged that it was an exhaust leak (similar to other complaints that there are from this place) they told me that I had to pay the rejection and verify again.
The next day I took it to another verification center (without doing anything to it) and it passed without any problem.
I will never return to this place.
