Los documentos los manipula gente que no está uniformada, entra gente con placas y sale con la papeleta, el sujeto que estaba en la línea que me tocaba verificar estaba "cotorreando" por otro lado (llego a hacer su trabajo hasta que se le incharon).
A todas luces se ve que tienen un súper bisne con las mordidas, brincos y todas esas mañanas.
