 Excellent service and attention! The staff is very attentive and the service top notch. Please mark to schedule an appointment otherwise it may take a while for the service. With the appointment it was a 20 minute process to verify my vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este es uno de los 3 verificentros en todo el Estado de Guanajuato para verificar tu auto con calcomanía válida en la zona metropolitana de la Ciudad de México. Puedes obtener 0, 00, 1, 2, dependiendo de tu vehículo y a la vez cumplir con la verificación del estado de Guanajuato con una sola calcomanía. El costo aprox es un poco por debajo de los $600. Este lugar es de suerte, a veces no hay gente y el sistema funciona (enlace con CDMX) y pasas rapidísimo, pero si se cae el sistema o se está desconectando puedes pasar literalmente horas ahí. Recomiendo ir muy temprano (abren 8:30 y cierran 19 hrs de L-V y a las 15 hrs los sábados) y también evitar ir cercano a las fechas de vacaciones porque ahí es cuando va mucha más gente.
This is one of the 3 verificenters in the entire State of Guanajuato to verify your car with a valid decal in the metropolitan area of Mexico City. You can get 0, 00, 1, 2, depending on your vehicle and at the same time comply with the verification of the state of Guanajuato with a single decal. The cost approx is a little below $ 600. This place is lucky, sometimes there are no people and the system works (link to CDMX) and you pass very quickly, but if the system goes down or you are disconnecting you can literally spend hours there. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generalmente no tienden el teléfono. Realicé una cita para una verificación especial donde hasta para su control me pidieron las placas de mi unidad y finalmente le realizan una verificación normal cuando se agendó claramente holograma cero.
They usually don't pick up the phone. I made an appointment for a special verification where they even asked for my unit's license plates for their control and finally they carried out a normal verification when a zero hologram was clearly scheduled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desagradable experiencia la vivida en la visita, llego a pedir informes entre semana para poder hacer el tramite de verificación por llegar sin cita y la información que me dan es que están hasta las 7 y que me puedo formar a lo cual les explique que no podía por los horarios, llegan el día de hoy a las 6 y no quieren recibir la unidad. la persona encargada de una manera déspota (hombre de tes morena) simplemente dijo que no se podía y que incluso el horario de recibir las unidades era hasta las 5 (cosa que contradice la información que ellos mismos me dieron) lamentablemente no busco ni la manera de ayudar a las sras que llevaron unidad. lamentablemente es el único verificentro que puede dar la calcomania cero. no queda mas que seguir insistiendo con la cita y ojala ahora sean veraces con la información y mejoren el trato al cliente
Unpleasant experience lived in the visit, I get to ask for reports during the week to be able to do the verification process for arriving without an appointment and the information they give me is that they are until 7 and that I can train to which I explain that I could not because of the schedules, they arrive today at 6 and they don't want to receive the unit. the person in charge in a despotic way (man with dark hair) simply said that it was not possible and that even the time to receive the units was until 5 (which contradicts the information they themselves gave me) unfortunately I did not even look for the way to help the ladies who led a unit. unfortunately it is the only verification center that can give the zero decal. There is nothing left but to continue insisting on the appointment and hopefully now they are truthful with the information and improve customer service
