★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí hace algunos años, no volví, ni volveré, ni lo recomiendo, no doy 0 estrellas porque no hay posibilidad. Primero: inseguro, luego: deshonesto, procesos no transparentes y trato grosero. Con un auto nuevo me quisieron cobrar aprox. 4 veces más el monto indicado para verificar, diciendo que mi auto no pasaba, me negué a pagar sumas no justificadas, pedí hablar con el gerente, dijeron que no estaba, al intentar retirarme casi al cierre del verificentro cerraron las puertas conmigo y mi auto adentro de las instalaciones, al empezar a llamar a la policía, entonces sí salió el gerente que antes me negaron, quien no proporcionó nombre de la persona que solicitó dinero extra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a verificar y sacaron a mi esposa con mi hijo de la sala de espera apesar de que traían cubrebocas y no había gente adentro, entiendo que es por medidas de Seguridad pero como es posible que a nosotros nos saquen y ahí en las oficinas dónde va uno a sacar citas, tenga a niños de entre 3 y 5 años jugando, brincando de las escaleras y corriendo de un lado a otro sin siquiera traer cubrebocas. Eso no debería de pasar, la Secretaría de medio ambiente debería tomar cartas en el asunto.
I went to check and they took my wife and my son out of the waiting room even though they had face masks and there were no people inside, I understand that it is for security measures but how is it possible that they take us out and there in the offices where does it go? One to date, have 3-5 year olds playing, jumping off stairs, and running around without even wearing masks. That should not happen, the Secretary of the environment should take action on the matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No reciben pago con tarjeta, considero super importante ya no manejar efectivo no son 10 pesos lo que se paga y considero una mala práctica de una empresa con servicio al cliente. Primera y última vez.
