★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta bien que es un trámite pero cero cortesía y el buzon de quejas hasta el tope, no les interesa si tienen los usuarios una buena o mala experiencia, por cosas asi pierden las concesiones. Las sondas de los equipos en mal estado, con fugas, le meten una sonda a vehículos con dos escapes y rechazos por o2 obviamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy saturado hay que hacer fila en la calle de al menos 40’minutos incluso teniendo “cita” solo una persona recibiendo documentos y una sola caja de dos en servicio. Sanitarios sin agua y muy sucios con la pandemia debería haber atención ahí. En fin es la burocracia que debemos pasar todos los propietarios de autos en Morelos. Instalaciones amplias pero no se dan a basto.

Hay que presentarse con cita impresa, tarjeta de circulación original y el documento de la verificación anterior. Llegué 5 minutos antes de la hora de mi cita y no espere nada para ingresar mi auto. El personal es bastante amable en todo momento. Ten en cuenta que te cobran una fotocopia en $1.50 además del costo de la verificación y piden pagar con cambio. Puedes pagar en efectivo o con tarjeta. Las instalaciones cuentan con accesos para personas con capacidades diferentes, también cuentan con baños y una sala de espera. Me ha tocado ir tanto de mañana como de tarde y estas áreas siempre están limpias. El tiempo promedio en el verificentro desde que llegas hasta que te entregan tus resultados es de entre 40-50 minutos.
