Vero es la mejor! Debo comenzar diciendo eso ante todo. Vero es súper servicial y siempre muy dispuesta a ayudarte en los que sea, muy responsable y profesional. Vayan inmediatamente a organizar su evento con Vero que realmente es una de las mejores en Merida!

Not happy at all with the services of Vero Lara. We contracted them at the recommendation of our wedding planner and they simply did not deliver. They forgot part of the food ( rice dish we ordered specifically for the pavo pipian dish) they didn't respect the vegetarian menu and didn't provide enough food for the vegetarian people at the wedding (I had included soup for them without meat and the soup came with meat ! ). They also failed to provide the extra beverages we paid for ( agua de horchata y tamarindo) instead they just gave us lemonade and jamaica( we paid for an open soft drink bar with variety and specifically asked for 4 drinks) . What really upset me was that there were guests who cancelled last minute and altho said the food needs to be kept separately there was no food left ! My father came late and he never had his dish. Just ridiculous. We also paid bowls of fruits that were never shared with the guests . Finally after everything was finished they disturbed everyone sleeping at the hacienda by making noise and leaving an absolute mess after them with dirty dishes everywhere . No respect whatsoever to the guests living in the hacienda. I am personally considering to contact Profeco the protection of consumer authority as this is unacceptable service for a wedding or any other event . Personally I am urging Vero Lara to contact me to discuss partial refunds for this poor service. Providers have it too easy to receive all money in advance and then not even do the bare minimum.

Book Vero Lara IMMEDIATELY! My guests were raving that their meal was one of the best they've ever had. I live in Los Angeles, California and didn't have a chance to visit Mérida before my wedding. I blindly chose Vero Lara and it was the best decision I ever made. The food was incredible and the service was impeccable. They were so professional and made my wedding perfect. They provided the furniture and even did late night taco service. I can barely type fast enough, just know that I am THRILLED with the way my wedding turned out thanks to Vero Lara and her husband!
