★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amables las vendedoras y atentas. En probadores si no te queda una talla mandan traer el modelo con una talla distinta para que no vayas a buscarla de nueva cuenta.
 The saleswomen are friendly and attentive. In fitting rooms if you do not have a size, they send the model with a different size so that you do not go looking for it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio opino que una tienda que está en inventario no debe estar abierta al público. De inicio desde que ingresé al lugar la persona encargada de tomar la temperatura estaba distraída en otro lugar y ya cuando iba a medio pasillo me regresó (pésimo). Dando un paso más la vendedora hostigosamente se para frente a mí sin permitirme comenzar a ver las prendas. Acto seguido comienzo a ver que la mitad de la tienda está sellada con cinta canela lo cuál no está permitida la venta de esas prendas.
Posteriormente le muestro mi celular a la vendedora hostigosa preguntando por mas de 4 prendas a lo que responde que 3 de ellas no las tenía y la 4ta prenda sí la tenía pero que regresara mañana (me pareció una falta de respeto al cliente y una burla).
No me quedó más opción que ver las prendas que tenían a disposición de venta.
Elijo 2 prendas (de descuento) porque las que tenían en disposición no las tenían en mi talla (nota: fueron más de 7 prendas que no tenían opciones en talla).
Llego a caja y me pregunto al cajero si en caso de que no me queden me las cambian me responde que sí pero que por el mismo modelo y le vuelvo a preguntar ¿y qué pasa si ya no tienes el mismo modelo? Me responde que entonces ya no habría cambio a lo que le digo entonces me mediré las prendas y responde que no es posible porque los vestidos están suspendidos por contingencia.
Como verán si compran una prenda en estos días en esa sucursal además de que no encontrarán de su talla tampoco tendrán opción de cambiarla.
Nada que ver con las sucursales de Morelia Michoacan que desde la entrada están atentos de recibir al cliente sin hostigarnos y con vestidores abiertos.
Muy mal momento y jamás vuelvo a esa sucursal de mal gusto.
Terrible service I think that a store that is in stock should not be open to the public. From the beginning, since I entered the place, the person in charge of taking the temperature was distracted in another place and when I was going to the middle of the corridor he returned (terrible). Taking one more step the saleswoman harassingly stands in front of me without allowing me to begin to see the clothes. Then I begin to see that half of the store is sealed with cinnamon tape, which is not allowed to sell these garments.
Later I show my cell phone to the harassing saleswoman asking for more than 4 garments to which she replies that 3 of them did not have them and the 4th garment did have it but that she will return tomorrow (I thought it was a lack of respect for the client and a mockery) .
I had no choice but to see the clothes they had available for sale.
I choose 2 garments (discount) because the ones they had in stock did not have them in my size (note: there were more than 7 garments that did not have options in size).
I arrive at the checkout and I ask the cashier if, if they don't fit, they will change them, he answers yes, but for the same model and I ask him again, what if you no longer have the same model? He replied that then there would be no change to what I say then I will measure the garments and he answers that it is not possible because the dresses are suspended by contingency.
As they will see if they buy a garment these days in that branch, besides that they will not find their size, they will not have the option of changing it.
Nothing to do with the Morelia Michoacan branches that from the entrance are attentive to receive the client without harassing us and with open dressing rooms.
Very bad timing and I never go back to that tacky branch.
