Un poco revasados los que atienden, hay una buena variedad de productos aunque por ejemplo zapatos y chamarras no cuentan con las tallas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo atención de venta en linea, quise cancelar el pedido (unas 3 horas después de ponerlo) porque vi el producto casi 1000 abajo en otro sitio, al final me dijeron que no pudieron cancelarlo y que ya lo habían enviado. M prometieron un reembolso para equiparar la oferta que había visto en otro sitio para que no cancelara el pedido en tienda que al final nunca cumplien y solo dejaron de contestar.
 Terrible online sales service, I wanted to cancel the order (about 3 hours after placing it) because I saw the product almost 1000 down on another site, in the end they told me that they could not cancel it and that they had already sent it. They promised me a refund to match the offer I had seen on another site so that I would not cancel the order in the store that in the end they never fulfilled and they just stopped responding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré unos zapatos de escalada ahí, bastante caros por cierto, cuando quise cambiarlos de talla, argumentaron que estaban usados. Al parecer nunca han visto cómo quedan unos zapatos de escalada con solo una puesta. No recomiendo para nada esta tienda, porque aunque sí tienen buen surtido de mercancía, con esta política de cero tolerancia, no da nada de confianza comprar ahí suponiendo que los productos tengan algún defecto por ejemplo. Por lo menos en zapatos de escalada, no los recomiendo, pueden ir mejor a Toca la escalada, tienen muy buen servicio y surtido de zapatos.
I bought some climbing shoes there, quite expensive by the way, when I wanted to change them in size, they argued that they were used. Apparently they have never seen how climbing shoes look after just one use. I do not recommend this store at all, because although they do have a good assortment of merchandise, with this zero tolerance policy, it does not give any confidence to buy there assuming that the products have a defect for example. At least in climbing shoes, I do not recommend them, they can go better to Toca la escalada, they have very good service and assortment of shoes.

Tried to order a spare part for a primus stove in three different stores (Durango, Satelite, Mexico City). Everytime they told me it would be in the store within a few days. It never happened.
