★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad de los vestidos si es mejor que en otras tiendas de Querétaro y la atención es buena. Sin embargo son muy caros para la calidad que tienen.
Recomiendo:
1. Ir a tu cita sin dinero ni tarjetas ya que te insisten exageradamente en dejar un aparato aunque aún tengas dudas.
2. No comprar nada hasta que visites más lugares.
3. Nunca decirles tu presupuesto. Sólo solicita la cotización y diles que evaluaras tus opciones.
4. Si decides comprar ahí asegúrate que el vestido que te venden NO es el de exhibición y que si pedirán uno nuevo sin usar de tu talla. En mi caso me iban a dar el de muestra a precio muy elevado y jamás me mencionaron esto hasta que insistí en preguntar.
5. Revisa bien antes de comprar accesorios aquí. Pide ver etiquetas y de qué estan hechos. Algunos tienen calidad dudosa.
 The quality of the dresses is better than in other stores in Querétaro and the service is good. However, they are very expensive for the quality they have.
I recommend:
1. Go to your appointment without money or cards since they insist excessively on leaving a device even if you still have doubts.
2. Don't buy anything until you visit more places.
3. Never tell them your budget. Just request the quote and tell them that you will evaluate your options.
4. If you decide to buy there, make sure that the dress they sell you is NOT the exhibition dress and that they will ask for a new unused one in your size. In my case they were going to give me the sample at a very high price and they never mentioned this to me until I insisted on asking.
5. Check well before buying accessories here. Ask to see labels and what they are made of. Some have questionable quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuí hace un par de horas, la verdad en ningún lugar dónde me he probado vestidos me habían tratado así ?... En primer lugar yo fuí creyendo que tendrían la colección de Justin Alexander ( pues así lo comentaron en FB), y mi sorpresa fue todo lo contrario, no hubo ningún vestido del catálogoque me enviaron vía WhatsApp, en segundo lugar te dan al rededor de 50 min. para tu visita, prueba de vestidos, asesoría etc... Todo de prisa y no muy amable, su justificación fue decirme que tenían agenda llena... Lo peor de todo es que me hice más tiempo en llegar al lugar que en la atención que me dieron ?... Espero que no le pase a otra chica y que mi opinión la consideren, mejoren el trato y no mientan en publicaciones para atraer novias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal muy bien, realicé mi cita por teléfono, me atendieron y me mostraron vestidos según mi presupuesto, tienen facilidades de pago, telas de muy buena calidad y muy buena opción si buscas tu vestido de novia, seguro que ahí lo encuentras!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio y atencion. Me mostraron vestidos de acuerdo a lo que buscaba, aunque el costo de mi vestido se salia del presupuesto hicieron todo lo posible para acercarse a este. Nunca tuve problemas con mis citas y pruebas.
Excellent service and attention. They showed me dresses according to what I was looking for, although the cost of my dress went out of budget they went out of their way to get closer to it. I never had problems with my appointments and tests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de las dos viejas que había mi novia fue pero la atendieron de la fregada,no se si la señora que está ahí es la dueña o encargada pero no sirve para antender se debería de dar cuenta que de los clientes traga,te juega por cómo te ve no recomiendo ese negocio para nada

No se por donde empezar. Pero bueno aquí va!
1.- No te dejan escoger los ni ver más modelos.
2.- La señora no tiene nada de tacto, mucho menos buen gusto.
3.- Todos los vestidos que eligió fueron totalmente horribles. (4 de 5 que me mostró eran de liquidación por lo tanto maltratados y tallas unicas).
4.- Precios Muy Elevados.
Salí llorando de esta cita, me sentía sumamente horrenda en sus modelos .
Mi recomendación para futuras novias, no vayan, no vale la pena una cita aquí. Para los precio que manejan mejor vayan a MIANOVIAS que esta enfrente tienen una calidad bellísima, chicas pacientes con conocimiento en imagen o bien a eleganzza con más variedad de precios pero de igual manera excelente atención.
NOT WORTH IT.
I do not know where to start. But hey here it goes!
1.- They do not let you choose or see more models.
2.- The lady has no tact, much less good taste.
3.- All the dresses she chose were totally horrible. (4 of 5 that he showed me were on sale, therefore damaged and one size fits all).
4.- Very High Prices.
I left this appointment crying, I felt extremely horrendous in their models.
My recommendation to future brides, don't go, it's not worth a date here. For the best prices, go to MIANOVIAS, which is across the street, they have a beautiful quality, patient girls with image knowledge, or else Eleganzza with more variety of prices but also excellent service.
