En esta ubicación podemos encontrar un complejo de edificaciones, casi ocultas a la vista de todos, construcción sospechosamente muy cercana a las ruinas de la Iglesia.
Posiblemente el lugar donde los propietarios o inversionistas Nacionales y extranjeros, del Ferrocarril de San Rafael y Atlixco supervisaban los avances del tendido de vías, que pretendía llegar a la Hacienda de Santa Catalina Cuilotepec.
Así como de la supervisión de los empleados, que realizaban el corte de árboles maderables y su traslado a la empresa Papelera de San Rafael en el Municipio de Tlalmanalco
