I arrived at this vet at 7:10 pm, take my dog ​​for vomiting and diarrhea, when requesting a consultation the assistant tells me that the doctor is in consultation but if the emergency doctor can attend me for $ 550 pesos, I will tell her if I could attend the consultation doctor for $ 330 pesos and she tells me that it is the same but for the hour the emergency rate already applies, unfortunately I did not have the 550 pesos and I had to leave the place.

I made an appointment for my pet and I arrived on time, there was no one in the waiting room, the reception person told me that in a few moments they passed me, people began to arrive with their pets and they passed them to the office, I kept waiting ... I was alone again in the waiting room and the doctor went up and down the stairs and did not even turn to look at me, after more than 30 minutes of waiting I asked the person at the reception if they would be able to attend me, so they I indicate that I had an appointment, the doctor left the office and told me in a bloody tone "oh I thought you were accompanying someone", that is, she is not seeing me with my pet ?, she told me: right now we passed you and she went to the office, I waited too long again and they never came out even out of courtesy to tell me that they would not be able to attend me or what to wait a little longer, the girl at the reception told them more than 3 times that I was waiting, it was not seen that they had patients, so I preferred to leave. How disrespectful the waste of time they made me spend more than an hour, I never returned, nor will I.
