Se nota que aman los animales y buscan la solucion mas adecuada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca lleven a sus mascotas a esta veterinaria. Nos dijeron que nuestro cachorro seguramente se iba a morir porque supuestamente tenia una hernia diafragmática pero que podríamos intentar una operación (seguramente para sacarnos mucho dinero...)
Resulta que sólo tiene una infección en los pulmones y que, aunque es grave, no es para hacer una operación ni sacrificarlo como nos recomendaron.

El doctor tuvo a bien recetarle ibuprofeno a la perrita de mi novia. La perrita murió dos días después por intoxicación porque (ahora sabemos de los veterinarios del hospital de animales) el ibuprofeno es extremadamente tóxico para los perros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Él lunes llevamos una cachorrita para que le realizarán una operación y el veterinario nos indicó que le tenía que realizar un estudio de contraste pero en ningún momento la peso para ponerle el medicamento y el suero que usó la perrita murió saliendo de la clínica se retorció y se puso blanca, cuando regresamos a reclamarle se porto muy déspota y solo mencionaba que ni el animal valiera tanto la clínica no tiene nombre ni licencia de funcionamiento a la vista nosotros llegamos hay x que tenía según el equipo para que la operará y ni siquiera tenían pilas en el termómetro que usaron yo les recomiendo que chequen bien donde llevan a sus animalitos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo más de 15 años teniendo a José Luis Ixta como veterinario de mis cuatro gatos. En ese tiempo he tenido la oportunidad de ser atendido siempre de una manera profesional y empática. Se nota su cariño por todos los animales, tanto que, en una ocasión fui testigo de cómo convenció a una señora de no sacrificar a su gatita que se había fracturado las cuatro patas en una caída, José Luis le realizó cirugía y la salvó. Absolutamente recomendable.
I have been having José Luis Ixta as a veterinarian for my four cats for more than 15 years. In that time I have had the opportunity to always be attended in a professional and empathetic way. Arlae es una de las chicas veterinarias de acá que siempre atiende a nuestra gatita desde que la adoptamos, muy atenta, amable y delicada con la gatita, siempre pendiente de nosotros y ella nos está realizando los documentos para que pueda viajar la gatita en avión con nosotros.

I phoned during opening hours and to request an appointment for my cat and the receptionist hung up on me before I could finish my sentence (my Spanish is not native, but it is good). I thought perhaps the call was dropped so I phoned 3 more times between 10 and 11am. No answer.
