Siempre que pasa la hora citada, sólo manda un mensaje diciendo que tuvo un contratiempo, lo cual no me molestaría si avisara con anticipación, y si no fuera tan seguido, inclusive tuve que hacer 3 citas diferentes en distintas semanas para esterilizar a mi perra, porque no se presentó las 2 primeras ocasiones, lo cual no es nada aceptable ni profesional desde mi punto de vista. Y menos porque hubo veces que realmente necesitaba la cita por la salud de mis mascotas y al final tenía que optar por otra opción cuando llegaba a la hora citada y la veterinaria estaba cerrada.
