I had the experience that one of the cats that I took to sterilize there died 3 hours after I picked it up from the place. When I picked her up, they only told me that she had only reacted a little badly to the anesthesia and that if she saw something abnormal she would notify them (3PM), I took her home, the kitten was literally dying and I contacted Dr. Elizabeth (5 PM) MVZ responsible and I returned to the clinic but died on the return transfer (6PM). It wasn't until then that they already told me different things (they all seemed to be assuming) until then did I know that he had seizures during surgery. In my point of view this could have been avoided if they knew that it could be complicated and that I had reacted badly, instead of giving it up while remaining for observation. This kitten was feral but I can't imagine if this would happen to one of her pets. Look for another option, cheap is expensive and it is not worth the bad time, if you look closely the doctor does not have her titles and permits in sight, the truth is that I had not noticed until the incident.
