★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amable la doctora muy responsable y cuidadosa con sus pacientes. Realmente una persona que ama su profesión y a los animales. Precios accesibles. La súper recomiendo. Cuando mi perro ha tenido urgencias reales, llamo primero para dar contexto y me recibe ya preparada para atender a mi mascota.
 Very kind the doctor, very responsible and careful with her patients. Really a person who loves his profession and animals. Affordable prices. I highly recommend it. When my dog has had real emergencies, I call first to give context and he receives me already prepared to take care of my pet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No quiso atender a mi perro zuko que estaba intoxicado y con mil ronchas por comer un bicho por qué no llame antes para cita, le dije que entonces no dijera que es servicio 24 horas y que la iba a quemar por aquí, me respondió que buscaría mi comentario y pondría que era falso, estoy leyendo las recomendaciones y al parecer no soy la primera a la que le tacha el comentario de "falso"
Que falta de profesionalismo y aparte mentirosa, pero hay un Dios!! ?
He did not want to attend to my dog Zuko who was intoxicated and with a thousand welts from eating a bug why not call before for an appointment, I told him then not to say that it is 24-hour service and that he was going to burn her here, he replied that he would look for My comment and I would put that it was false, I am reading the recommendations and apparently I am not the first to whom the comment is crossed out as "false"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No existe la opción de cero estrellas, de ser así yo calificaría a esta veterinaria como negligencia absoluta. Acabo de llevar a mi perrito Chucho gravemente herido de su pierna (lo atropellaron) y me dijo la veterinaria que no podían atenderlo, que no era de urgencia. No entiendo el porqué me negaron el servicio, se supone que da servició las 24 horas del día. saliendo de ahí intenté buscar otra veterinaria lo más cerca posible pero ya es demasiado tarde... Mi perrito chucho acaba de fallecer ?? PÉSIMO SERVICIÓ.
There is no zero star option, if so I would rate this vet as gross negligence. I just took my seriously injured Chucho dog from his leg (he was run over) and the vet told me that they could not treat him, that it was not an emergency. I do not understand why they denied me the service, it is supposed to give service 24 hours a day. leaving there I tried to find another veterinarian as close as possible but it is too late ... My pooch has just passed away ?? BAD SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomiendo ampliamente a la Doctora Ana Serrano, atendió a mi mascota el viernes en la madrugada, lo salvó de una intoxicación por fumigación en casa, tiene muchos medicamentos y todo lo necesario para atender una urgencia, sabe que aplicarles para salvarles la vida. Marcamos previamente antes de ir y de inmediato nos dijo que fuéramos, reconozco la paciencia que tiene, tiene un gran amor por los animalitos y se nota en el trato excelente que les da, a mi me transmitió mucha tranquilidad al decirme que todo iba a estar bien, se dió el tiempo de que mi perrito tuviera mejoría y le hizo cosas extras mientras pasaba el tiempo . Gran calidad humana y excelente trato, gracias por todo Doctora Ana ❤️
I highly recommend Dr. Ana Serrano, she treated my pet on Friday morning, she saved him from poisoning by fumigation at home, she has many medications and everything necessary to attend an emergency, she knows what to apply to save their lives. We previously checked before going and he immediately told us to go, I recognize the patience he has, he has a great love for animals and it shows in the excellent treatment he gives them, he transmitted a lot of tranquility to me when he told me that everything was going to be Well, he took time for my puppy to get better and did extra things to him as time went by. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mi gatito a consultar por problemas en su piel y la Doctora fue muy atenta y amable con mi gatito , te explica todo a la perfección ,ahorita han pasado 1 semana y mi gatito se encuentra mucho mejor , lo recomiendo mucho. :)
I took my kitten to consult for problems with her skin and the Doctor was very attentive and kind to my kitten, she explains everything to perfection, now 1 week has passed and my kitten is much better, I highly recommend it. :)
