★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la anterior administracon era la buena,pesimo servicio,te cobran por tratamientos q no recibe la mascota,sale igual o peor que como llego,en fin la recepcionista mas despota que las del seguro.nada recomendable ,de verdad se extraña a los antiguos veterinarios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usualmente pido servicio a domicilio y un baño para mi perrita y todo bien. El lunes la mande a bañar y el miércoles vi que se sacudia de una forma un tanto extraña y checandola yo me Di cuenta que traía un bicho en el oído derecho, llamo hoy a la veterinaria y cuando vienen por ella les recalco y en la llamada también que lo que me interesa es el bicho que tiene y ellos me dicen que todo bien, que se lo van a quitar con un lavado. Cuando regresa mi perrita me dicen que el bicho estaba suelto ya por lo tanto que ya no lo tenía, no han pasado ni dos horas y mi perrita volvió a sacudirse de forma extraña y si, sigue teniendo el bicho.
Ya no pienso enviarla más, ni los $400 de esta semana, soy estudiante, ahora tengo que salir mañana a buscar otro veterinario que pueda sacarle el bicho del oído.
I usually ask for home delivery and a bathroom for my dog and everything is fine. On Monday I sent her to bathe and on Wednesday I saw that she was shaking in a somewhat strange way and checking her I realized that she had a bug in her right ear, I call the vet today and when they come for her I emphasize and on the call also that what interests me is the bug it has and they tell me that everything is fine, that they are going to wash it off. When my dog returns they tell me that the bug was loose and therefore I no longer had it, not even two hours have passed and my dog returned to shake in a strange way and yes, she still has the bug.
I'm not going to send her anymore, nor the $ 400 for this week, I'm a student, now I have to go out tomorrow to find another vet who can remove the bug from her ear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diagnosed my dog with distemper and recommended euthanasia. Distemper is not diagnosable with a microscope. It is weeks later and our dog is fine. If we did what this vet recommended, we would have killed our dog. We got a full diagnostic work up at an animal hospital in San Antonio, TX the next day and every lab came back fine. Be forewarned.
