La llevé para estirilización y le hicieron otra cirugía mientras estaba bajo sus cuidados y sin mi consentimiento, de esa me enteré hasta que fui por ella a la vet y por supuesto me cobraron. La vet estaba muy nerviosa y nada de sus explicaciones hacia sentido. Yo no la recomiendo para nada. Mi gatita estaba muy mal, el resultado de la cirugía se veía muy mal desde el principio y la veterinaria América después de que me llevé a la gatita nunca volvió a responder mis mensajes.
My kitten died from a surgery performed there. I took her for sterilization and they did another surgery while she was under their care and without my consent, I found out about that until I went to the vet for her and of course they charged me. The vet was very nervous and none of her explanations made sense. I do not recommend it at all. My kitten was very bad, the result of the surgery looked very bad from the beginning and the vet America after I took the kitten away never answered my messages again.
