Tienen a pasantes atendiendo que NO están avalados por la Asociación Mexicana de Medicos Veterinarios Especialistas en Aves de Compañía y Silvestres. Tienen a estos pasantes de veterinaria trabajando y cobrándote la consulta a precio normal. Las recetas te las dan a nombre del Doctor Andrade pero realmente él no te atiende. Una pena. Esto le costó la vida a nuestra mascota y solo nos sacaron el dinero. BEWARE of this place. They have interns attending that are NOT endorsed by the Mexican Association of Veterinary Doctors Specialists in Companion and Wild Birds. They have these veterinary interns working and charging you for the consultation at normal price. The prescriptions are given to you in the name of Doctor Andrade but he really does not attend to you. a pity This cost our pet his life and they just took our money.

Solo les importa el dinero. Lleve a mi periquito a revisión porque estaba enfermo, me hicieron internarlo y yo acepte a todo lo que ellos dijeron para que mi periquito mejorara. Cuando me lo entregaron me dijeron que ya estaba bien, que solo necesitaba terminar el tratamiento en casa. Lamentablemente mi periquito murió llegando. Appalling! They sell themselves as "experts" on birds and do not have enough knowledge to make a good diagnosis or give the correct treatment. They only care about money. I took my parakeet for a check-up because he was sick, they made me hospitalize him and I accepted everything they said so that my parakeet would improve. When they delivered it to me, they told me that it was fine, that I just needed to finish the treatment at home. Unfortunately my parakeet died arriving.

Diagnosticaron mal a mi perrito y lamentablemente falleció :( solo les importo venderme el medicamento y cambiarle el alimento para que no sirviera de nada, lo lleve a otra veterinaria pero lamentablemente ya era muy tarde. Lousy vet, don't take your pets!! Cobrar consulta $400 , noche $500 , y nomás les dan de comer no les hacen nada , yo no había visto los comentarios anteriores si no de loco les llevaba , pésimo servicio, sólo te quieren vender algo o afuerzas que dejes el pobre animalito ahí para estar cobrando , les dices dele antibióticos no no ?, así que si los llevan seguramente se les muera su animalito, después ... Si no les da por sonda con una jeringa con manguera , así que honestamente no recomiendo la veterinaria no les hacen ningún diagnóstico ni nada sólo les interesa cobrar , si no está muy mal o mal lo pueden llevar ahí , que desagradable experiencia, se buscan aprovechar de que estés desesperado para cobrar más They are only interested in charging ? and keeping them alive by feeding them with a tube... También diagnosticaron mal a la perrita de mi amiga y falleció. Cuiden a sus animalitos y busquen mejores opciones, ya el dinero es lo de menos en estos casos. Supposedly we went with experts and even so, 5 days after the treatment my parakeet unfortunately died, we should not have taken him there, yesterday when we visited him it was 1 in the afternoon and they still had not fed him, he was extremely poorly cared for (because he needed a tube). Ya me había pasado varias veces llevando a mi perro que le llegaron a cortar la oreja, a lastimarlo rapándolo de mas y sin embargo decidí darle otra oportunidad. Esta vez, mi perro regreso a mi casa con un golpe en el ojo y con hemorragia, y a pesar de todo, quisieron lavarse las manos diciéndome que eso ya lo tenía. No cabe duda que el lugar está lleno de negligencia, poco profesionalismo, poca ética. Es lamentable su forma de trabajar. La peor veterinaria que pueda haber.
