Te mienten con el diagnóstico y en mi caso me dijeron que era necesario hospitalizar a mi mascota y resulta que se atravesó el fin de semana y les pregunté si iban a medicar a mi mascota y todo fue mentira lo tuve que sacar de ahí y como me lo entregaron casi muerto lo lleve a otra veterinaria y me dijeron que estaba deshidratado pues no tuvo ni medicamentos ni suero y eso afectó a mi pequeño. No se vale que lucren con las personas y con los animalitos. Y exigen que dejes pagado. De verdad no se vale...... yo no la recomiendo y además tienen otra sucursal en León 2 y es lo mismo. Son gente que no tienen escrúpulos.

I do not recommend it and they also have another branch in León 2 and it is the same. They are people who have no scruples.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy malo el sábado fui me hicieron cita y no la respetaron pase x mi cachorro e hice cita para el lunes a las 10 am que abren para que fuera l primera y me llaman que no que tardarán hasta ala tarde por qué tienen más perros y hasta que almorzaran ellos la iban a atender. Yo llegue a las 10 en punto y me llaman a las 11 , que falta de profesionalismo tienen !!!!
