★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove all the way from Phoenix to see Dr. Javier. He is the head vet of many organizations in the region. I took my two dogs to him. He was not rushed. Took his time to explain everything. I had one dog that needed two teeth pulled. The other dog had breathing problems. They are all better now. I would say he is one of the best vets in all of Mexico. If you're in San Carlos, Guaymas, Hermosillo, Bahia Kino, it's worth the drive. His prices are great too. He cares about animals and does a lot of volunteer work. His English is better than average. His facility is also clean. I wish I found him sooner.
