★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia. Lleve a mi yorkie a corte de pelo. Les solicite específicamente a la propietaria que quería que le hiciera un corte tipo cachorro de yorkie en su cara y todo el cuerpo rapado, lo cual quedo bastante claro. Tres horas después, me entrego a mi perro con un corte tipo schnauzer que se ve totalmente ridículo en mi canino. Su excusa fue que había otro perro "idéntico" al mío, que habían pedido ese corte y se habían confundido y como no le podían pegar el pelo, pues que entendía que no le pagara. Por supuesto que no lo iba a hacer. Por cierto, no se si ha manera de justificación, me dijo que tenia muchas pulgas mi perro, no obstante, como lo dejo totalmente pelón de cuerpo y cabeza, pude revisar al llegar a casa todo su cuerpo sin encontrar una sola pulga.
Todo lo anterior, habla del poco cuidado y profesionalismo de este lugar. ustedes deciden si llevan a su mascota, yo solo les platico lo que me sucedió.
Bad experience. I took my yorkie for a haircut. I specifically asked the owner that she wanted me to do a yorkie puppy cut on her face and her entire body shaved, which was pretty clear. Three hours later, I give my dog a schnauzer-like cut that looks totally ridiculous on my canine. His excuse was that there was another dog "identical" to mine, that they had asked for that cut and were confused and how they could not glue his hair, because he understood that he did not pay. Of course I wasn't going to do it. By the way, I do not know if there is any way of justification, he told me that my dog had many fleas, however, as I left him totally hairless in body and head, I was able to check his entire body when I got home without finding a single flea.
All of the above speaks of the little care and professionalism of this place. You decide if you take your pet, I just tell you what happened to me.

En cuanto a atención médica son fatales, la doctora no es nada atenta y hasta pareciera le da flojera su trabajo. No respeta horarios que ella misma da. No recomiendo el lugar si se trata de temas de salud para sus peluditos.
In terms of aesthetics I have no issue, they do it very well.
In terms of medical care, they are fatal, the doctor is not attentive at all and even seems to be lazy about her work. She does not respect schedules that she gives herself. I do not recommend the place if it is about health issues for your furry ones.
