Acudimos a consulta con él por un quiste que le salio a mi mascota cerca de su ojo, le realizo la cirugía en pesimas condiciones, muy mala higiene lo cual le pudo generar alguna infección secundaria, su intrumental de trabajo no estaba esterilizado, se le notaba sangre de otro canino, la mesa de exploración sucia y polvosa, terminada la cirugía nos cito en 1 semana para poder retirale los puntos de la herida, acudimos nuevamente no muy convencidos por el antecedente del primer trato, no fue lo suficientemente cuidadoso al momento de retiralos ya que se llevo tejido junto con la sutura, por lo cual la herida se le volvio abrir, y sin más ni menos dijo que ya no necesitaba otra sutura que solo le aplicaramos un antibiotico tópico y que iba a cerrar en cuestión de días, claramente no nos quedamos tranquilos con ese "diagnostico", así que acudimos a una segunda opinión donde nos comentaron que si era necesario suturar de nuevo y necesitaba quedarse en observación.
También es portante mencionar que en ningún momento el medico se presento, jamas menciono su cédula profesional y así mismo jamas nos entrego alguna nota o receta del procedimiento realizado
hago este comentario con las intención de prevenir a que en un futuro por una mal praxis o la mala higiene de este "medico" su mascota salga afectada
Pesimo Servico and pesima Hígiene
We went to consultation with him for a cyst that came out to my pet near his eye, I performed the surgery in bad conditions, very bad hygiene which could generate a secondary infection, his work instrument was not sterilized, you could see blood from another canine, the dirty and dusty examination table, after the surgery, we were summoned in 1 week to be able to remove the points of the wound, we came again not very convinced by the antecedent of the first treatment, he was not careful enough at the moment of retiralos as it was woven together with the suture, so the wound was opened, and without more or less said that he no longer needed another suture that we only applied a topical antibiotic and that was going to close in a matter of days, clearly we do not stay calm with that "diagnosis", so we went to a second opinion where they told us that if it was necessary to suture again and needed to stay under observation.
It is also important to mention that at no time did the doctor present himself, never mention his professional license and likewise he never gave us any note or recipe of the procedure performed
I make this comment with the intention of preventing that in the future by bad practice or poor hygiene of this "doctor" your pet is affected
