La doctora super grosera, prepotente conmigo y totalmente indiferente con mi mascota, deja ver qué lo único que le importa es el dinero que pueda sacarte. Tuve una mala experiencia hace tiempo, decidí dar una segunda oportunidad llevando a mi mascota y fue aún peor la atención. Nada recomendable

… I just want to post this because if it is possible that I can save someone else this pain, I hope I can do it, i took my Cat Garfield to the Arca de Noe Veterinary in Plaza Centrocity Aramara, with Dr. Laura Fernandez I took him for more than 1 month and they could never stop his diarrhea many things happened, she sent one night another emergency vet to give him more iv’s at home and he suggested taking a more urgent approach of more tests etc. Since he was a colleague of hers i asked him to tell her everything he had told me since they only had me with ivs through the vein. I suggested the tests and she told me that it was not necessary flat out said no. When he finally arrived at VetCare, Dr. Enrique Romero checked him out and did x-rays and tests and it was FINALLY discovered that he had a tumor. Garfield was my baby and there was no amount of money or anything that I would not have done for him. I just want to warn you as I don't want this to happen again with someone else. I really wish that if she just had no idea what she was doing, she would have told me. Where is the love and care for the patient. If you see that a doctor, is not being able to come up with an answer, no matter if his manners towards the pet are super friendly or cute or charming change them! look for more options. And if you suggest tests and have the means to pay for them and they say no, change them!. I hope I can save even 1 animal and its owner with this. Thanks for reading me. My soul is crushed ?)) … Solo quiero publicar esto porque si es posible que pueda salvarle a alguien más este dolor, espero poder hacerlo, llevé a mi Gato Garfield a la Veterinaria Arca de Noe en Plaza Centrocity Aramara, con la Dra. Laura Fernandez lo lleve por mas de 1 mes y nunca pudieron parar la diarrea pasaron muchas cosas, ella envio una noche a otro veterinario de emergencia para que le pusiera mas suero en casa y el sugirió tomar un enfoque mas urgente de mas pruebas etc. Ya que el era un colega de ella le pedi que le dijera todo lo que me habia dicho ya que solo me tenian con suero por la vena. Le sugerí las pruebas y ella me dijo que no era necesario de plano dijo que no. Cuando finalmente llegó a VetCare, el Dr. Enrique Romero lo revisó y le hizo radiografías y exámenes y FINALMENTE descubrió que tenía un tumor. Garfield era mi bebé y no había cantidad de dinero ni nada que no hubiera hecho por él. Solo quiero advertirles no quiero que esto vuelva a suceder con otra mascota. Realmente desearía que si no tuviera idea de lo que estaba haciendo, me lo hubiera dicho. Donde esta el amor y el cuidado por el paciente. Por favor Si ven que un médico no puede encontrar una respuesta, no importa si sus modales hacia la mascota son súper amigables, lindos o encantadores, ¡cámbielos! busca mas opciones. Y si sugieres pruebas y tienes los medios para pagarlas y te dicen que no, ¡cámbielos!. Espero poder salvar incluso 1 animal y su dueño con esto. Gracias por leerme. (Obtuve ese lugar como una recomendación de uno de los grupos a los que pertenezco en fb. Es por eso que creo que es DE EXTREMA importancia compartir esto y espero que todos ustedes también. Por favor, cuénteles a sus seres queridos, ahórreles esta angustia. Mi alma está destrozada ?))

Doctor Laura is very knowledgeable about cats. Many veterinarian’s in PV only specialize in dogs. A veterinarian actually told me this.

Doctor Laura is womderful, stall speaks english. We were referred by Wolfs to have blood work for our cat.Very detailed, excellent. Also xrays

If you love your pets, don’t go here. Go to a real doctor. **** this place and **** Dr. Laura Fernandez. Don’t be fooled by her charm and ability to seem nice. She doesn’t care!! There might be other reviews talking about how detail oriented she is, but this isn’t true. My cat is gone now because of her lack of caring and laziness. After two months of visits, all she did was give him IV’s and a general bloodwork. Never once did an x-ray, never did any important tests. I would have gladly paid anything to get an answer as to why my cat was sick, and every time we suggested more tests, in-depth bloodwork, x-ray, anything, Dr. Laura Fernandez would dismiss it and say it wasn’t necessary. Like if she was certain of what she was doing. All she cares about is getting money from you and doing the bare minimum. She might seem to care in the moment, she comes across as charming, friendly and nice to everyone, but after almost two months and 10+ visits, it’s now clear that she didn’t know what she was doing. Right up until the end, she was always responsive and answer messages. But once my cat was in the hospital, she completely ghosted us and ignored our messages. Dr. Laura Fernandez is a fraud. Or who knows maybe she is “better” with dogs, it’s not something I would wager on. I didn’t need someone to be nice and friendly, I needed results I needed my cat to be saved before he got so weak and malnourished it was too late to do anything. And she didn’t deliver or even attempt to deliver any. She just wanted to play the friendly card until she knew she couldn’t get anymore money out of us. I would have done anything and paid anything for my cat. Now nothing can bring him back. My warning to all is that if you find you’re not getting results or answers right away and I mean in like 3-4 days max, from any vet, go somewhere else. If they aren’t doing tests, go somewhere else. It doesn’t matter how friendly or nice a vet seems, that doesn’t save your pet. You want real results and answers. I only hope I can save one pet and owner with this review, to spare them the pain and sorrow of losing a loved one. Please take your pets elsewhere, to a real pet hospital with real doctors that keep getting updated on veterinary medicine, who keep improving. May my cat’s death hopefully save another’s life. Dr. Laura Fernandez, if you read this, there’s a special place in **** for you. You can mess with people, but when you mess with our pets and loved ones, you deserve to be the one suffering.
