★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mi gata de 15 años, que es muy "Dificil" en cuanto a tratos médicos. Me atendieron el 2 de noviembre, el médico super buena onda, la reviso rápidamente, inclusive la inyecto y mi gata no hizo mucho escándalo. Lo recomiendo. saludos
I took my 15 year old cat, who is very "difficult" when it comes to medical treatment. They treated me on November 2, the doctor was super cool, I checked her quickly, I even injected her and my cat didn't make much of a fuss. I recommend it. regards

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato del médico hacia la perrita como paciente y conmigo como cliente fue muy bueno, muy amable. Pero le aplicó una vacuna que aún no le tocaba (se saltó la puppy, que era la primera que debió ponerle) y además al siguiente día mi cachorrita amaneció con una bola muy grande en donde se la puso (fue subcutánea).
The doctor's treatment of the dog as a patient and with me as a client was very good, very friendly. But he gave her a vaccine that hadn't yet touched her (she skipped the puppy, which was the first one she should have had) and also the next day my puppy woke up with a very large ball where she put it (it was subcutaneous).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tristemente hoy murió mi conejito, fui en busca de atención con ustedes y no me brindaron apoyo.
Yo sé que el doctor tenía a un paciente pero la señorita y el señor que estaban ahí no me pudieron ayudar (tengo entendido que no todos son doctores pero si están ahí es por qué tienen algún tipo de conocimiento). Y mientras mi conejo se moría en su cara no hicieron nada. He ido en otras ocasiones y por eso fui ahi, por qué sabía que ustedes podían hacer algo pero hoy me decepcionaron.
Sadly today my bunny died, I went in search of attention with you and you did not give me support.
I know that the doctor had a patient but the young lady and the gentleman who were there could not help me (I understand that not all of them are doctors, but if they are there it is because they have some kind of knowledge). And while my rabbit died in his face they did nothing. I have been on other occasions and that is why I went there, because I knew that you could do something but today I was disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio... Lleve a mi perrita a que le hicieran un corte y di especificaciones de lo que quería... Y la chica me dijo que si se podía... Cúa do fui a recojer a mi perrita la vi y de verdad nunca vi un trabajo tan mal hecho.... Casi la tapó y le hizo el corte que se le pego la gana... No hizo nada de lo que le pedí y nisiquiera se lo emparejó.... Cuando le dije que por que me la entregaba así nisiquiera se dizculpo y me volteo los ojos y solo me dio la espalda.... Muy mala atención y pésimo servicio... No lo recomiendo para nada
