M	Manuel Acosta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tenia ninguna queja por el servicio que le prestaba a mi perro estaba muy contento con la veterinaria, Pero el dia lunes 30 de marzo del 2020, se les pidio que vinieran a mi domicilio por ROCKY Asi se llama mi perro, para que le cortaran el pelo y un baño Vineron por el y se lo llevaron, pero como a las 5.45 de la tarde de ese dia, todavia no lo traían, se le hablo que porque no traian al perro, me comentaron que el chofer no estaba pero que llegando el chofer me lo traian, llegó el chofer con mi mascota casi a las 7 pm, lo primero que notamos es que el perro no queria salir de la jaula lo sacamos de la jaula se le dio de comer pero el perro no podia caminar ni pararse al dia siguente martes 31 de marzo del 2020, por la mañana no se queria levantar para comer y note que con las patas traseras no se podia sostener y caminaba temblando como si estubiera borracho, se le hablo a la veterinaria y negaron que lo hubieran golpeado se le pidio que mandaran a alguien a mi domicilo para que vieran a mi mascota Llego una doctora como a las 3.30 pm lo reviso para descartar alguna lesión en algun hueso, y en todo momento nego que se les hubiera caido o golpeado el perro Total que se le puso una inyección para desinflamar y para el dolor de una bola que le aparecio en el cuerpo de mi mascota La doctora decia que es por la edad del perro tiene 10 años mi mascota Total no puede correr ni caminar bien, batalla para sentarse y hoy jueves 2 de abril 2020 Tubimos que llevarlo A OTRO VETERINARIO para SABER que es lo que TIENE NOTA ANTES DE HABERLO LLEVADO A LA VETERINARIA ESTABA EN BUENAS CONDICIONES DE SALUD Y A PESAR DE TENER UNA EDAD DE 10 AÑOS MI MASCOTA ES MUY JUGETON NI PARECE QUE TUBIERA ESA EDAD PERO DESPUES DE ABERLO TRAIDO DE LA VETERINARIA MI MASCOTA ESTA EN MAL ESTADO NI LADRAR QUIERE Y TIEMBLA MUCHO BATALLA PARA ACOSTARSE LA VETERINARIA BUNGAMBILIAS NO SE HACE RESPONSABLE POR LO QUE LE PASO A MI MASCOTA I did not have any complaints about the service I provided to my dog, I was very happy with the vet, But on Monday March 30, 2020, they were asked to come to my home by ROCKY That's what my dog is called, to have his hair cut and a bath They came for him and took him away, but at about 5.45 pm that day, they still didn't bring it, I was told that because they did not bring the dog, they told me that the driver was not there but that the driver would bring him to me, The driver arrived with my pet almost at 7 pm, the first thing we notice is that the dog did not want to leave the cage, we took him out of the cage, he was fed, but the dog could not walk or stand the next day Tuesday, March 31, 2020, in the morning He did not want to get up to eat and I noticed that with his back legs he could not hold himself and walked shaking as if he were drunk, The vet was spoken to and they denied that he had been beaten. He was asked to send someone to my home to see my pet. A doctor arrived at around 3.30 pm I checked to rule out any injury to any bone, and at all times denied that the dog had been dropped or hit. Total that he was given an injection to deflate and for the pain of a ball that appeared in the body of my pet The doctor said that the dog is 10 years old, my pet Total can not run or walk well, battle to sit and today Thursday April 2, 2020 We had to take it TO ANOTHER VETERINARY to KNOW what it HAS NOTE BEFORE HAVING TAKEN IT TO THE VETERINARY WAS IN GOOD HEALTH CONDITION AND DESPITE HAVING AN AGE OF 10 YEARS MY PET IS VERY PLAYFUL NEITHER DOES IT SEEM TO BE THAT AGE BUT AFTER OPENING IT BROUGHT FROM THE VETERINARY MY PET IS IN BAD CONDITION NOR BARKING WANTS AND SHAKES A LOT OF BATTLE TO LYING DOWN THE VETERINARY BUNGAMBILIAS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT HAPPENED TO MY PET

Eso me agrada He is my German shepherd's trusted vet, we have been with them since they were in av. Mexico and the veterinarian knows my dog very well and is kind when he comes to his bathroom, besides that they always call me when it comes to deworming and vaccination. That pleases me
