★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención y además cuentan con todo lo necesario para estudios de gabinete rx ultrasonido y mas mientras atendieron a mi perrita siempre recibimos la mejor atención tanto de las chicas de recepción como de los medicos, gracias a ellos pude pasar mas tiempo con mi pequeña guerrera

A las 7:45 pm solicite el teléfono de emergencias el cual me proporcionaron entre 5 y 10 minutos después.
Después procedí a comunicarme vía llamada y nadie me contestó por varios largos minutos.
Les dejé mi teléfono para que se comunicasen conmigo y nunca lo hicieron.
Han pasado ya dos horas desde que traté te contactarlos y nada, totalmente decepcionado de su forma de abordar una emergencia. Que mal servicio y que pésima experiencia.
Una emergencia es una situación de vida o muerte, malas prácticas cómo estás llevan a resultados desafortunados.
I absolutely do not recommend them for emergencies.
At 7:45 pm I asked for the emergency telephone number, which they gave me between 5 and 10 minutes later.
Then I proceeded to communicate via call and no one answered me for several long minutes.
I left my phone for them to contact me and they never did.
Two hours have passed since I tried to contact them and nothing, totally disappointed in their way of dealing with an emergency. What a bad service and what a terrible experience.
An emergency is a life or death situation, bad practices how you are lead to unfortunate results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo el servicio, se le pidio hacer un estudio costoso a la mascota, y se le dio un tratamiento preventivo. Al día siguiente mi mascota amaneció peor, ya llevaba una mejoría gracias a un tratamiento que nos dieron de emergencia familiares que también se dedican al tema. Llamamos al doctor que nos atendió y jamás se volvió a comunicar con nosotros, entendemos que estén ocupados, pero nos dieron el número para una emergencia, y de verdad vimos tan mal a nuestra mascota que por eso llamamos, es fecha que no nos contactan; el servicio de seguimiento al cliente es pésimo.
Nos hicieron esperar casi una hora con cita y fueron poco pacientes con mi mascota, considerando que son personas que les gusta "ayudar" a los animalitos.
Los precios creo que son demasiado elevados para el servicio que ofrecen y los resultados, en nuestro caso, fueron totalmente negativos.
Fuimos con nuestro veterinario de confianza y con su tratamiento nuestra mascota mejoró al siguiente día, su diagnóstico fue muy certero y nuestra mascota ya se está recuperando. Es triste ver que se quieran aprovechar de la preocupación de los dueños.
I do not recommend the service, the pet was asked to do an expensive study, and a preventive treatment was given. The next day my pet woke up worse, it had already improved thanks to an emergency treatment given to us by family members who are also dedicated to the subject. We called the doctor who treated us and he never contacted us again, we understand that they are busy, but they gave us the number for an emergency, and we really saw our pet so badly that's why we called, it is date that they do not contact us; the follow-up customer service is lousy.
They made us wait almost an hour by appointment and they were not very patient with my pet, considering that they are people who like to "help" little animals.
I think the prices are too high for the service they offer and the results, in our case, were totally negative.
We went to our trusted veterinarian and with his treatment our pet improved the next day, his diagnosis was very accurate and our pet is already recovering. It is sad to see that they want to take advantage of the concern of the owners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una total falta de respeto a tu tiempo nunca te atienden a la hora de tu cita, siempre más de una hora hora después, como si sala de espera fuera muy cómoda es de lo más irritante el ruido de su estética canina que tienes a un lado, prefiero buscar otro veterinario que volver ahí.

I'd rather find another vet than go back there.
