★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ni una estrella se merecen, maltrataron a mi perro y tuve que llevarlo a otro veterinario porque lo anestesiaron de más y casi muere. Ni siquiera han de ser veterinarios. Tengan cuidado con sus mascotas.
They don't deserve a star, they mistreated my dog and I had to take him to another vet because they over-anesthetized him and he almost died. They don't even have to be vets. Be careful with your pets.

Llevé a mi perro a cortarle el pelo a las 11 am, y jamás me llamaron para decirme que estaba listo, tuve que ir yo a las 4 pm y aún no lo tenían listo, me pidieron esperar 40 minutos más. Volví a ir y seguían sin terminar, incluso me pidieron que les ayudara a sostenerlo para cortarle el pelo, mi perro suele morder, así que lo anestesian, pero se veía casi moribundo mi perro, y aún tienen el descaro de decir "le puedo poner más para que se deje cortar bien el pelo, pero se puede morir y es tu responsabilidad". Total que ni le cortaron el pelo, lo maltrataron, lo dejaron a medias y aún así me cobraron. Procederé a denunciarlos.
AWFUL place to take your dogs. I took my dog to cut his hair at 11 am, and they never called to tell me it was ready, I had to go at 4 pm and they still didn't have it ready, they asked me to wait 40 more minutes.
