★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ojo debes de subir a segunda planta, a pesar de eso el servio es bueno y El Veterinario te orienta bastante bien, para el cuidado de tu mascota, solo pondría un poco de cuidado en el aroma del lugar.
Be careful, you must go up to the second floor, despite that the service is good and the Veterinary guides you quite well, for the care of your pet, I would only put a little care in the aroma of the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son buenos en la rama de veterinarios. Pero les falta muchisimo aprender acerca del servicio al cliente.
Si se complica el trafico y llegas minutos despues ya no te quieren atender.
Empatía deben de tener al cliente, ya que a ellos les puede suceder. Note muy exigentes en varias cosas. Si llegan a ir esperen una atencion buena a su mascota pero mala atencion al cliente. Deben de saber que uno mismo los va recomendando pero asi ni ganas dan de hacerlo. Ojala y mejoren eso.
They are good at the veterinary branch. But they have a long way to go to learn about customer service.
If the traffic is complicated and you arrive minutes later they no longer want to attend you.
They must have empathy with the client, as it can happen to them. Note very demanding in several things. If you do come expect good attention to your pet but bad customer service. They should know that you are recommending them yourself, but they don't even want to do it. Hopefully and improve that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal muy mal capacitado, recetas médicas caras y erróneas, malos diagnósticos médicos que pueden desencadenar la muerte de sus mascotas, tal y como me sucedió con un gato y un perro. Si aprecian la vida de sus mascotas no los lleven ahí.
Very poorly trained staff, expensive and wrong prescriptions, bad medical diagnoses that can lead to the death of your pets, just as it happened to me with a cat and a dog. If you appreciate the lives of your pets, don't take them there.
