★ ★ ★ ★ ★ antes era una gran veterinaria, el veterinario que estaba antes era muy bueno con los animales, se notaba que le gustaban, los acariciaba y los sobaba inmediatamente despues de inyectarlos: la señorita que esta ahora no tiene ni buen trato con las personas ni con los animales. Inyecta como enfermera del IMSS, mal trato al animal y al dueño. Lamentablemente me habian comentado que habian cambiado al veterinario por alguien no bueno y asi fue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deje a mi perro a BAÑAR, pedí explicitamente que no le cortaran el pelo. Llegué por el y estaba TODO RAPADO. Era muy importante para mi que estuviera lindo porque estará en las fotos de mi boda y ahora, por su falta de atención a lo que pedí, lo arruinaron. Estoy extremadamente molesta y las chavas solo dijeron "ay perdón para la próxima no le cortamos el pelo".
Obvio no habrá próxima, pésimo!!!
I let my dog BATHE, I explicitly asked not to cut his hair. I came for it and it was ALL QUICK. It was very important to me that it was cute because it will be in my wedding photos and now, because of their lack of attention to what I asked for, they ruined it. I'm extremely upset and the girls just said "Oh, sorry for the next time we won't cut her hair."
Obvious there will be no next, terrible !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought an abandoned cat I found on the street that I took to a vet clinic, after they told me the cat needed a hospital I took it here, but even though the conditions of the cat were already known, They charged me the consultation that lasted for 5 min tops, that mostly consisted me telling the vet what was happening even though the cat will most likely die because of severe problems like diarrea and parasites, so the attention was ok, but nothing great
