★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está descuidado, la atención de los ayudantes es buena sin embargo el veterinario no responde ante urgencias. Mantuvieron a nuestro perro 2 días sin atención médica debido a una fractura, solo la mantenían con medicamentos. Nos mintió en repetidas ocasiones de que ya se le había realizado cirugía que necesitaba, ya que el no realiza ese tipo de trabajos. Definitivamente no recomiendo al doctor Cerezo y su falta de empatía, profesionalismo como una emergencia.
The place is neglected, the attention of the helpers is good, however the vet does not respond to emergencies. They kept our dog for 2 days without medical attention due to a fracture, they only kept her on medication. He lied to us repeatedly that he had already had surgery that he needed, since he does not do that kind of work. I definitely do not recommend Dr. Cerezo and his lack of empathy, professionalism as an emergency.
