★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi gatita salió bien de su esterilización pero el trato personal no fue nada bueno, o sea estando ya en la sala de espera para recoger a mi mascota tuve que hablarles al teléfono para que alguien saliera a atenderme, todos solo se me quedaban viendo... no me dieron indicaciones para el postoperatorio sino hasta que estuve de insistente, y se aventó comentarios como "y cuida que no se quite los puntos porque si no me las vas a traer con todo de fuera" creo que fue poco sensible.
