No tienen profesionalismo!! no hay atención hacia las mascotas ni respeto a hacia los dueños son sumamente groderos los empleados y la doctora , lo único que le interesa es buscar la manera de sacarte más dinero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención. De repente están muy ocupados con los perritos y pareciera que no te atienden bien pero cuando te entregan a tu mascota se nota que hacen muy bien su trabajo. A parte hacen una gran labor al recoger perritos abandonados y poniendolos guapos para ponerlos en adopción en su mismo negocio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mi perrita por múltiples heridas que mi otra perra de raza pastor holandés le propino el día domingo, por lo que la veterinaria en la primer revisión se limitó a revisar la herida más visible, ese día le recogí y la lleve a casa a descansar pero al día siguiente lunes no se veía mejora, al limpiarla me percate qué tenia más heridas qué no fueron atendidas, la volví a llevar, las reviso y ahora si las limpio y curo, la volví a llevar a casa, mi perrita comenzó con vómito color marrón, investigue y podría ser algo interno, pero la vet me comentó que nada interno se había afectado, que solo era una infección, la lleve a casa y seguía sin mejora, el día martes nuevamente la lleve y vómito en el consultorio. La evaluo y me comentó lo mismo infección en el estómago, se la quedaría para una limpieza más profunda a las heridas, me la entregaría el miércoles, ese día acudí por ella y le comenté que las encías se veían pálidas y me dijo que no qué estaban normales. Para ese día mi perrita aun no comía. Pero decidí llevarmela a casa por miedo a que se pusiera triste, ese día mi perrita vómito dos veces más y murió en mis brazos, cuando ya estábamos consultando más veterinarios para llevarla por que por los síntomas traía insuficiencia renal por lo que algo no estaban haciendo bien, fue el mal diagnóstico, la mala medicación. El trato inadecuado, la veterinaria fue muy amable con mi perrita y conmigo, pero eso no quita que no sabe realizar su trabajo, siempre minimizó la situación cuando si era algo de gravedad, me arrepentí mucho por que cuando la deje llamé a mi hermana y me comenta que ahí su amiga llevo a dos perritos a vacunar y murieron, pero como ya habían sedado a mi perrita para la limpieza dije ya qué sé quede, pero si en ese momento hubiera escuchado con más conciencia tal vez mi perrita seguiría a mi lado, no todos corremos con la misma suerte, la veterinaria no esta capacitada para situaciónes más graves, para alguna herida o infección, me imagino que si pero para algo más grave no, tiene cédula profesional qué es 3610884 y su nombre es Blanca Maria de Lourdes Vallejo servín, su cédula si la pone en la receta pero pone el nombre de otro veterinario, que es Edgar González Rivadeneyra qué al buscar su cédula en el registro no aparece, eso es super raro, se quiere proteger de algo o sabe que su mala labor le puede traer consecuencias graves? Me sentí muy culpable por que siempre eh confiado en los veterinarios, pero esta vez mi instinto me fallo, cuiden mucho a sus mascotas, esta no es una veterinaria qué yo pueda recomendar.
