★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Llamas al número te atiende una persona que no es el veterinario, no te lo pasan y te hacen esperar. Les acabo de pedir un servicio a domicilio. El horario es de 9 am a 7 PM y me salen con que el veterinario va atender otros asuntos pero que después de las 3:30 PM tal vez pueda. Les dije que me aseguran si me darán la atención en ese horario pero me dice esta persona que tendrá que preguntarle al veterinario. Que no friegue !!! Estoy pidiendo el servicio a domicilio para una persona que esta ciega y me salen con esas cosas. Si no quieren jalar para que se publican.
Terrible service. You call the number, a person who is not the vet attends to you, they do not pass it to you and they make you wait. I just ordered a home service from you. The hours are from 9 am to 7 pm and they tell me that the vet will attend to other matters but that after 3:30 pm he may be able to. I told them that they assure me if they will give me care at that time but this person tells me that they will have to ask the vet. Don't scrub!!! I am asking for home delivery for a person who is blind and they come out with those things. If they do not want to pull so that they are published.
