Debido la mala esterilización que le realizaron los puntos, todo mal se le cayeron 2 puntos, no te dicen que medicamentos te están dando no te explican absolutamente nada. El día viernes llevé a mi perrita a operarse en la tarde, unos 20 min antes que cerraran me llamaron primero para decirme ( básicamente culparme) que no se respeto el ayuno de 8 horas cuando ella no habia comido nada desde la noche anterior se vomito en el quirofano y su estado era crítico, 15-20 min después me llamaron para decirme que estaba ya estable y que era necesario que se quedara. Al día siguiente q fui por ella nada más me cobraron sin explicarme lo que me estaban cobrando (La verdad que no dije nada porque yo solo quería llevarme a mi perrita), me dieron unos pedazos de pastillas y según eran antibióticos no me dijeron el nombre , esa misma noche se le reventó un punto les escribí me contestaron al día siguiente, el miércoles se le reventó otro punto le marque porq esta vez ya tenia un hueco (Mi perrita estuvo en reposo y con los cuidados) me dijeron traela mañana y les dije q como la llevaría mañana,si tiene un hueco en su panza y dijeron que les mandara una foto eso hice y me volvieron a contestar lo mismo la verdad es que mejor no les respondí y preferí llevarla a otra veterinaria. We payed 450 pesos and it included the medication. Our little Athena is doing great and she's all back to normal. I highly recommend this place as they care for our furry friends.
