★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardaron mucho en entregarme a mi mascota y sobre todo, me lo regresaron con heridas profundas en ambas mejillas que intentaron ocultar con el mismo corte de pelo.
No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, no sé que le hicieron a mi perro, pero traía unos raspones y quemadas en su piel, lo más seguro es que lo quemaron con la maquina, lo peor es que no se hacen responsables, no traigan a sus mascotas a este local.

Me la entregaron con los ojos súper irritados y se excusaron en que así iba por las lagañas (lo cual no es cierto, iba súper contenta y sin comezón ) que seguro tenía conjuntivitis me dijeron.
Se burlaron de mi súper despotas diciéndome que ese no era su problema . La tuve que llevar a emergencias y el siguiente vet confirmo que le habían provocado úlceras en ambas córneas . Mi perrita está sufriendo horrible de dolor. Por favor no lleven a sus mascotas !!!!!!! No saben lo arrepentida que estoy por mi Nina.
They ruined my dog's eyes!!!
They gave her to me with super irritated eyes and they excused themselves in that she was like that because of the lagañas (which is not true, she was super happy and without itching) that they surely had conjunctivitis they told me.
They made fun of my super despots telling me that this was not their problem. I had to take her to the emergency room and the next vet confirmed that they had caused ulcers on both corneas. My dog is in horrible pain. Please do not bring your pets!!!!!!! They don't know how sorry I am for my Nina.
