★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mi gato le dieron un diagnóstico equivocado . Tuve que estar preguntando que era lo que tenia porque no me mandaban mensaje o no contestaban . Nos cobraron unos análisis($1000 pesos) (carísimos ) y el diagnóstico fue erróneo. Y para colmo el laboratorio en a donde mandan las muestras tiene malas referencias . Estuvieron a punto de someterlo a un tratamiento que no necesitaba . Mala praxis ?? no los recomendaría para nada . O alteraron los resultados o me dieron los de otro animal. Fui otra veterinaria con más experiencia , le repitieron los análisis y tiene una salud excelente. ( nunca presentó síntomas de alguna enfermedad ) PRACTICAMENTE NOS ESTAFO Y YA NO CONTESTA LOS MENSAJES.
My cat was misdiagnosed. I had to be wondering what I had because they didn't send me a message or didn't answer. They charged us for tests ($ 1000 pesos) (very expensive) and the diagnosis was wrong. And to top it all, the laboratory where the samples are sent has bad references. They were about to put him through a treatment he didn't need. Malpractice ?? I would not recommend them at all. Either they altered the results or they gave me those of another animal. I was another vet with more experience, she had the tests repeated and she is in excellent health. (He never showed symptoms of any disease) PRACTICALLY IT SCAMS US AND NO LONGER ANSWERS THE MESSAGES.
