★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fueron amables y la esterilizacion resultó bien, sin embargo iniciaron el procedimiento tarde cuando el gato fue llevado desde la mañana, el gato se quedó en ayunas toda la tarde y además lo dejaron internado (creí que habría una guardia nocturna), cuando lo recogí a la mañana siguiente estaba sólito en una jaula muy pequeña sin agua ni croquetas, cuando llegó a casa estaba hambriento.
They were friendly and the sterilization went well, however they started the procedure late when the cat was taken in the morning, the cat was fasting all afternoon and they also left him hospitalized (I thought there would be a night guard), when I picked him up at the next morning he was alone in a very small cage without water or croquettes, when he got home he was hungry.

Se les paso el suero que le pusieron a mi perrito en la vena yugular y se le hinchó su cabecita y ya no pudo recobrar la conciencia y respiraba muy agitadamente y apretaba sus ojitos, estaba sufriendo mucho, y lo llevamos porque traía hipotermia por cambio de clima del sur de México y moquito verde porque traía infección en vías aereas, al principio mi perrito con el calor que le pusieron trataba de incorporarse pero cuando lo metieron a la incubadora y nos dijeron que teníamos que dejarlo ahí 3 horas con la bolsa de suero en la vena de su cuellito cuando regresamos estaba todo hinchado porque no le quitaron el suero cuando debían y se le hinchó su cabecita y respiraba aceleradamente y nos oía cuando le hablábamos y trataba de reaccionar pero como sus riñoncitos no trabajaban igual de bien que los de un perrito sano pues dedujimos que no podría eliminar el exceso de suero de su cuerpecito y que por eso mismo iba a seguir sufriendo y finalmente lo tuvimos que sacrificar.
En ese lugar Cuando se van a comer cierran totalmente y los cachorros hospitalizados se quedan totalmente SOLOS sin vigilancia. Cierran a las 8 de la noche y se van. No contestan llamadas después de esa hora.

In that place when they go to eat they close completely and the hospitalized puppies are left totally ALONE without supervision. They close at 8 pm and leave. They do not answer calls after that time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena, tienen quirófano, rayos X y todo lo necesario para una intervención mayor, tienen muchos animales por lo que aunque limpian regularmente está sucio, se ve que la pensión no es muy buena ya que hace frío adentro y los perritos están en jaula metálica por lo demás se me hace la mejor opción en la zona.
The attention is good, they have an operating room, X-rays and everything necessary for a major intervention, they have many animals so although they clean regularly it is dirty, it is seen that the pension is not very good since it is cold inside and the puppies are in otherwise metal cage is the best option in the area.
