D	Daniel Dominguez Flores on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya había acudido en ocasiones previas sin problema alguno, sin embargo hace días acudí a solicitar un tranquilizante para mi mascota el cual no tenían en existencia, lo necesitaba por las fiestas y el excesivo uso de pirotecnia. Quedaron en llamarme al día siguiente y no lo hicieron. Me comuniqué yo y no me resolvieron nada, se comunicaron después de 4 días solo para avisar que no me lo conseguirían. Afortunadamente al ver la lentitud del servicio lo conseguí en otro lado. Creo que deben cuidar más ese aspecto. I had already come on previous occasions without any problem, however days ago I went to request a tranquilizer for my pet which they did not have in stock, I needed it for the holidays and the excessive use of pyrotechnics. They agreed to call me the next day and they didn't. I contacted me and they did not solve anything, they communicated after 4 days only to warn that they would not get it. Fortunately, seeing the slowness of the service, I got it elsewhere. I think they should take more care of that aspect.

Ahora que lo hice válido en estética exigieron que lo gastara todo por que ya tenía mucho tiempo ese vale y tuve que comprar una correa, se me hace injusto que en su momento no me regresaran mi dinero y ahora tenga que comprar algo que no quería solo para no perderlo.
