Cuando explicas la razón de acudir con ellos solo te dicen lo que requieren pero no dan más explicación y eso da una sensación de malestar.
Ejemplo lleve a mi perrita y les comenté de que había vomitado una noche antes y me dijeron es tos, mantengala en observación y si empeora traigala. No la revisaron y yo esperaba que al menos me dijeran que síntomas podría presentar para saber si empeoraba o como determinar llevarla o no.
Adequate facilities. Customer service is friendly but very limited.
When you explain the reason for going to them, they only tell you what they require but do not give any further explanation and that gives a feeling of discomfort.
Example I took my dog and I told them that she had vomited the night before and they told me this cough, keep her under observation and if it worsens bring her. They did not review it and I hoped that they would at least tell me what symptoms I could present to see if it worsened or how to determine whether to take it or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agende a baño para mi mascota, lo lleve a la hora indicada. 1 hora y media más tarde fui porque no me llamaban y cuando llegue la chica me dice que no lo bañaron porque estaba solo y mejor atendía a los demás. Le comenté por whats el porqué y solo un disculpa el personal falto ?
Schedule a bathroom for my pet, take it at the indicated time. An hour and a half later I went because they didn't call me and when I arrived the girl told me that they didn't bathe him because he was alone and he better attend to the others. I told him why on whats and just an apology the missing staff ?
