 Excellent service and very affordable prices. All the staff are friendly and attentive to the animals. The vet has very good experience and is always on the lookout when performing remote treatments.

WATERS if the Dr sees you sad about the health of your pet the sadder he sees you the more he will charge you will not stop being from CDMX if he knows!, but he will not tell you because 1st he will want to squeeze every last peso from you ?

Very good service the girl in charge of the bathroom and court is very kind and treats the furry ones very well, all very attentive, today I took my children and she left them very cute

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues no me toco el Dr Constantino que es por lo que opte ir con ellos por los comentarios hacia el, y me fue mal, pésima experiencia, al menos con la srita que me toco, no supo que tenia mi perrito un chihuahua, me ofrecio una prueba de sangre para diagnosticarlo de 650 pesos a la cual acepte y me hiso a mi ponerle el bosal cosa que entiendo, despues me hiso sujetarlo y agarrarle la patita, total le metio la jeringa y no le pudo sacar sangre??♂️ Dijo que era mi culpa por que no le aprete donde era la vena, osea tiene que ir uno con conocimientos veterinarios. Obvio mi perrito lloro y sufrió todo el proceso 250 pesos de la consulta tirados a la basura
Well, Dr. Constantino did not touch me, which is why I chose to go with them because of the comments towards him, and it went badly, a terrible experience, at least with the young lady who touched me, she did not know that my puppy had a chihuahua, she offered me a blood test to diagnose him for 650 pesos which he accepted and he made me put the bosal on him which I understand, then he made me hold him and grab his leg, he put the syringe in and he couldn't draw blood??♂️ He said that it was my fault because I didn't squeeze where the vein was, I mean, someone with veterinary knowledge has to go. Obviously my puppy cried and suffered the entire process 250 pesos from the consultation thrown in the trash

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El MVZ Constantino es todo un profesional además de tener sentido humano y amor por los animales... Es bastante clínico y acertado con sus diagnósticos... Llevo más de 4 años llevando a mis mascotas con él y me ha dado muy buen servicio. De igual forma su personal es muy amable y tienen bastante tacto. Los recomiendo ampliamente.
The MVZ Constantino is quite a professional as well as having a human sense and love for animals... He is quite clinical and correct with his diagnoses... I have been taking my pets with him for more than 4 years and he has given me very good service. In the same way, their staff is very friendly and they have a lot of tact. I highly recommend them.
