G	Goku Goku on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El medico me indico que mi mascota (un cuyo), no tenia nada y que solo tenia mal su diente (Pues no comia) y me cobró para que le quitaran parte del diente pero no funcionó :(, lo llevé con otro doctora a otro lado y me dijo que hizo mal pues no ayudo en nada en realidad estaba enfermo de gripe y se debilitó mucho, desgraciadamente faclleció. a	angelica cuya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con fecha 16/08/2019 mi perrita Jacky se extravió de esta veterinaria, mediante varios y exhaustivos días (19) de búsqueda por parte de mi familia (perifoneo, lonas, pega de afiches, búsqueda en grupos de mascotas extraviadas), se logró recuperar a mi perrita, pagando recompensa y trasladándola una revisión médica de urgencia, ésta veterinaria nunca se deslindó de la búsqueda, apoyó (perifoneo) y estuvo al pendiente del problema; y actualmente se están haciendo responsables de los gastos generados por el tratamiento médico a partir de que apareció mi perrita. Si están en un problema similar, no se rindan. R	Rodrigo LAGUNAS H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente me toco una mala experiencia, lleve a mi perro porque se sentía mal y al principio la atención fue muy buena y me explicaron paso a paso, después al no ver mejoría me indicaron de unos análisis y debía quedarse en observación desde las 10 la hora en que lleve a mi perro hasta las 18 horas que básicamente se tendrían los resultados (que por cierto no se donde los hicieron ya que no tenia firma de laboratorio o del químico responsable los cuales obviamente deben de tener), pero a las 16:30 hablan por teléfono y nos dicen que ya están los resultados y que debemos ir con urgencia; por la ubicación en la que nos encontrábamos por cuestiones de trabajo dijimos que llegábamos aproximadamente 17:30 y nos dijeron que era urgente, OBVIO uno se preocupa y piensa lo peor que le puede estar pasando a tu perro y corres, entras en un estado de ansiedad y para que al final me dijeran que no podían darme un diagnostico y un pronostico cosa que como lugar que se dedica a la salud es básicamente obligatorio proporcionar y en lugar de eso me recomendaron un tratamiento que parecía prometedor pero no era la solución y con requisitos absurdos y como para entonces ya me había informado mejor decidí llevarme a mi perro (firmando un alta voluntaria) y es donde la cosa empeoro mas ya que el veterinario responsable cambio su actitud y empezó a ser grosero y mal educado. lo cual hace que uno se comience a alterar ya que decidió que mi perro no podía irse con el suero que tenia puesto (cosa que a las 1630 cuando lo vimos menciono "pueden llevarlo a casa con el suero y tenerlo en observación y regresar cuando lo termine y ahora que lo quería llevar a otro lado el suero le hacia daño y no podía irse con el cosa que se le menciono y entonces decidió dejarlo pero cerrándolo para que no siguiera pasando mas suero) Es obvio y uno esta en su derecho de tomar y buscar otra alternativa si la actual no proporciona un diagnostico real y un pronostico que aunque pueda ser malo para la vida se tiene que proporcionar y con ello tomar una mejor decisión. Hoy pague 1,800 por unos estudios y me retuvieron el dinero y no me atendieron a mi perro. Se terminaron burlando y mentado la madre. En verdad que mal no haber hecho caso a las reseñas antes de ir a tan nefasto lugar.
