Ya que hace algunos meses lleba os a nuestro cachorro por algo que le había caído mal y nos dijeron que se tenía que quedar internado y confiamos, pero en la madrugada nos mandaron un mensaje de watsap diciendo que había convulsionado y que no había esperanzas, que tenía moquillo y otras cosas más, pedimos que nos lo entregarán ya que el estaba sano. Cuando nos lo entregaron parecía drogado y muy mal, casi muerto. Lo llevamos de urgencias y en la otra veterinaria nos dijeron que no era normal así como lo habíamos llevado y que presentaba síntomas de que se les cayó o de que le pegaron. En la veterinaria de urgencias nos dieron una excelente atención, icieron hasta lo imposible para salvarlo nunca tubo moquillo y no lo ha tenido como nos habían dicho en Catarina, que mal que no tengan ética ni vocación. De verdad tengan mucho cuidado si lleban a sus mascotas. I put 1 star, but it is p a zero!!! We took him to the emergency room and at the other vet they told us that it was not normal as we had taken him and that he had symptoms that he fell or that they hit him. At the emergency vet they gave us excellent care, they did everything possible to save him, he never had distemper and he has not had it as they had told us in Catarina, too bad they have no ethics or vocation. Really be very careful if you take your pets.
S	Soy Jannelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me uno a los malos comentarios de está veterinaria por rateros y mentirosos que abusan de los que amamos a nuestros peluditos, hace unos días mis papás que son de la tercera edad llevaron a su perrito a consulta y por alguna razón el perrito se quedó durante dos días, mis papás fueron a pedir informes y a ver a su perrito, el cual nunca lo dejaron ver y salían con que le tenían que hacer cantidad de cosas la verdad se nos hizo raro por que el perrito según seguía malo, decidieron sacar al perrito pero obvio ellos ponían pretextos para que el perrito siguiera internado, la verdad es que me da mucho coraje por que abusan de las personas que ven angustiadas y para rematar cobraron muy caro por nada al perrito no le hicieron nada la verdad es que "NO RECOMIENDO A ESTOS RATEROS NADA PROFECIONALES Y GROSEROS... mala atención..tengan cuidado lean los malos comentarios que tienen.CERO RECOMENDABLE ???? La dra siempre se está actualizando y si algo no está en sus manos, lo dice y nos refiere con el experto. Llevé varias veces a mi pequeña a estética y siempre tenía un pánico impresionante, cada vez que me la entregaban tenía algo, le levantaron una verruguita, una vez le cortaron la piel y esta última vez le sangró la nariz y tiene la piel muy lastimada por alguna razón. Me siento tan mal por haberla llevado ahí y no darme cuenta del porqué de su miedo ? Además de que siempre van súper retrasados con las citas, tanto que una vez mi perrita estuvo ahí mas de 5 horas.
