★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atencion, si preguntas por algo y no lo tienen, lo buscan y tratan de localizarte, no es caro, a pesar que es local pequeño y esta en M. Aleman, tienen estacionamiento propio, casi todo encuentras aqui. Excelente.
 Excellent attention, if you ask for something and they don't have it, they look for it and try to locate you, it's not expensive, even though it's a small place and it's in M. Aleman, they have their own parking lot, you can find almost everything here. Great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio pague cremación y recuperación de mi mascota y para cobrar no se equivocaron pero tiraron a la basura a mi perrito pq alguien no le puso que quería recuperar sus cenizas y se fue a la basura y solo vienen con una disculpa. Son inhumanos y centaveros pq si cobraron pero no hicieron su trabajo y ahorita mis hijos llorando por un "error" y solo eso hacen ver mascotas. La vdd estoy muy decepcionada del lugar mucho personal pero poca eficacia. Aguas no les vaya a pasar lo mismo
Terrible service I paid for the cremation and recovery of my pet and to collect they were not wrong but they threw my puppy in the trash because someone did not tell him that they wanted to recover his ashes and he went to the trash and they only come with an apology. They are inhumane and centaveros because they did get paid but they didn't do their job and right now my children are crying because of a "mistake" and that's all they do to see pets. The vdd I am very disappointed in the place a lot of staff but little efficiency. Waters, the same is not going to happen to them
