Marqué al número que tienen registrado y me contestan con un “QUÉ QUIERE?”, pregunto desconcertada si era el número de emergencias y me dicen “NO, QUÉ QUIERE?”. Confundida pregunto a dónde me puedo comunicar y me vuelve a responder el hombre con lo mismo y pues le comienzo a explicar la urgencia de mi perrita. Se trata de unos cachorrillos recién nacidos que no están pudiendo comer, y al explicarle al hombre (que suena a que era el veterinario de ahí) me dice que la lleve, y yo al continuar de explicarle y decirle que le habían hecho cesárea me responde con un: “PUES ENTONCES LLÉVALA DONDE LA OPERARON” y me cuelga. El peor servicio definitivamente, los clientes NO MERECEN SER TRATADOS ASÍ, menos si son clientes potenciales y con una EMERGENCIA. No recomiendo que nadie vaya. The worst service experience.
