Conclusion, they charged me in 2 days more than $ 6,000 pesos not counting the 3 days before treatment and daily check-ups, they did not know how to treat her on time and they were not responsible, without counting that of course when claiming that after almost a week of monitoring One day, newspapers with them told me that she was seriously ill and asking who had treated her, BECAUSE THEY WERE, my dog ​​arrived very dehydrated and everything went from bad to worse. I recommend that you take great care and special attention when entrusting your pets to them, the "director" is quite rude apart from everything else, the other "doctor" who was the last one who treated her lied in front of my husband and me, saying that he had offered us the hospitalization and that we did not want, when I was the one who suggested it and he said that he did not think it was necessary, they do not explain in detail what your pet has or how is your pet, they tell you that they do not have time because there is a lot of work, it is a shame and a courage that there are people like this practicing, I had to insist on everything until they broke down what they charged me because they did not explain what they were doing, I leave some photos, it is assumed that the hospitalization includes the medicine, because neither, they never offered an apology even in spite of our loss, obviously we signed the response so that they could give him serum and treat him but it has been one of the worst experiences of my life.
